It’s more than what I expected! I was doing 50 pushups prior to the board, but this board , with different hand positions, provided a challenge to my muscles! A good challenge! Make sure the handles are totally inserted to the board otherwise it’s likely to slip. Really recommend!

These are amazing. I don’t want to picture a future back day without having these - Best for a row variation or a pulldown. If you struggle with imbalances, biceps/forearm over engagement, or lack of mind to muscle connection these are a must. This fixed my problems when it came to hitting back.
